Can I provide my own design?
Yes, we can use a design you have already made. We also have templates available or can work with you to create a design. Design fees can vary based on job.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost will vary based on the items overall size and weight being shipped, your location and the service you choose (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere. If UPS oporates in your area, then we can most likely ship to you.
Do you offer secure payment options?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your information is safe.
Do you require payment before printing?
Yes, we do require payment prior to any work being started. Most work will require full payment before any printing is started. Some jobs may only require 50% down and remaining 50% before product is shipped or upon pickup.
